Terms and conditions
The rental agreement consists of all the terms and conditions on this page.
- Free mileage, 19% V.A.T. included, personal accident insurance for driver and passengers included, road map and baby seat included, 24 hours service and road assistance included, second driver allowed.
- Each driver must hold a valid driving license for cars issued at least one year before the first day of the rental period, and must be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid Greek, European (for E.U. countries) or International (for countries that don't belong to E.U.) dg license.
- Vehicle should not be used against the terms and conditions of the agreement, to carry more persons that it is licensed for , to propel or tow any vehicle trailer or other objects ,to transfer or carry heavy luggage or objects or inflammable materials.
- Vehicle should not be used in any race test or contest and will not be operated or driven by any person other than the renter unless such person has been previously authorized by the lessor.
- If vehicle is obtain by fraud or used for any illegal purpose, the renter is liable to penal prosecution.
- If the customer wants to prolong the rental period of the vehicle he has to contact the lessor at any of the branch offices at least 24 hours before the initial expiration time . Otherwise the lessor can not guarantee availability.
- Traffic fines e.g. for disregarding traffic signs, excessive speed, parking in prohibited areas etc. are to be payed by the renter.
- Key Service: In case of key loss, damage, or when locked in the vehicle, we will charge at least 50,00 Euro depending on key type and distance from our nearest station.
Payments
- All payments are cash in advance. Settlement of accounts on vehicle return.
- In case of reservation/booking via Internet we charge a flat rate of 60,00 €
in advance, which will be offset fully against the rent for the vehicle.

Insurance
- Fully comprehensive insurance (CDW), covering any damage to all vehicles, caused by the legal driver, coverage without excess*
- Insurance for wheels, tires and undersides of the car
- Vehicle insurance against fire, theft, and broken glass, coverage without own participation (without excess)*
- Third parties liability insurance covering death or bodily injury up to 500,000 Euro
and material damage up to 100,000 Euro per accident
- Passengers insurance (except for the driver)
covering death or bodily injury up to 500,000 Euro
- Drivers insurance covering death or bodily injury up to 100,000 Euro
- Road assistance 24 hours a day – by INTERAMERICAN.
- *Attention: A fixed self excess for the client is appied for some car categories: 1.) Opel Astra Twin Top 1,6 = 550 €, 2.) Mercedes Benz SLK 200 Kompressor - Cabrio = 700 €
The insurance will not cover
- - an accident following after consuming alcohol or drugs
- - a different driver than the one signing the contract
- - damages resulting from negligent actions
( ex. driving with a flat tire, offroad use exept 4wheel drive vehicles)

Service
- We offer a wide selection of cars , all new ( see car types ) to satisfy every requirement
- The cars will be delivered and dropped off at the hotels with no extra charge , at the time confirmed in your reservation .
- For airport deliveries or drop offs, the charge will be of 30,00 € - for reservations less than 5 days , and it will be paid only once
- Fuel service – the car will be returned with the same level of fuel as when collected.
- No extra charges are required for road map, baby seat , second driver as well as for kilometers .
