Question: They all say that. What's the difference between GRECOCAR and the others?
Answer: We are highly motivated, we know what our customers want and we know how to serve them better.
Question: That's what you competitors say. What makes GRECOCAR so special?
Answer: We are trying to see our customer's situation with his eyes. Our customers are in a foreign country. The language is strange. Not even the letters are readable. Still they want to explore our island and understand our culture. We appreciate and respect that and are treating our customers as guests and friends. In our own way we offer Cretan hospitality.
Question: Big talk. Is there any proof?
Answer: We both have lived in different European countries and know our customers' mentality. German accuracy, English punctuality, French sociability, we learned to love it. It connects people.
Question: Hoe does this help at renting cars?

Answer: Communication comes first, business second. Business follows good communication. We are building an atmosphere of mutual confidence with our customers. From our side this goes only with performance and results: better cars, better service, better advice, better prices, and - what's really important - better education and motivation of our staff.
Question: There are many well-known names in your sector. How do you get along with your competitors?
Answer: In the end we all pull together. Each one of us will be measured against the behaviour of his competitor. You have to keep your style. Each one is a representative of his country and his business sector.
Question: What are your plans for the future?
Answer: We shall continue concentrating on a limited number of car brands and types. It has proven to be a success. On the other hand we'll expand with regard to products and representation.
We are lucky to live in the middle of one of the last paradises on earth. Let's show it to our guests, friends and customers. Let us share it with them.
If we manage to make the vacation of our customers such a remarkable event that they come back, then we have reached an important goal.
